John C. Suttle began his career as a tax practitioner with the international CPA firm, Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche, LLP), where he practiced from 1974 to 1977. After graduating from Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Suttle joined Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, LLP), first as an intern and then as an associate. There, he focused on estate and retirement planning, as well as tax and corporate law. Mr. Suttle left Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro at the end of 1982 to establish his own law firm. In 1992, Mr. Suttle merged his practice with that of James F. Fotenos to form Fotenos & Suttle, P.C. In 2000, the Firm became SuttleLaw, P.C. and in 2017, the Firm changed its name to Suttle, Goh, & Barber, P.C.
